About us

When companies face complexities, we design and implement systems that make processes simple and automated. That way they can get on with their work while everything else takes care of itself.

Our story

"Your service could be described as 'Call a friend'", said one of our customers. And I agree! That's what we want to achieve - for them to call us when they have a problem, when they need a solution, when they know roughly what they need but not how to do it, and together we will figure out how to solve it.

What started with advising companies on how to attract European funding, later evolved into developing a range of tailored solutions for managing company cash flow, organising work accounting and quality control, automated invoicing and reporting, and more for companies in a variety of industries.

We specialise in the development of in-house IT systems to automate and standardise various business processes (warehousing, job tracking, invoicing, customer management, document workflow, etc.).

Our works

Some of the solutions we're proud of.

KM Forestry - Monitoring of heat supply processes - An IoT (Internet of Things) monitoring system for wood kilns and heating units was developed to ensure the continuity and quality of critical production processes. The solution provides secure, encrypted data transmission from a remote production site by integrating Aranet wireless sensors with a cloud infrastructure. The system visualises temperature regimes and equipment performance in real-time on customised, mobile-optimised dashboards, allowing management and engineers to quickly monitor drying cycles and heating efficiency without being physically present on site.

Major benefits:

  • - rapid response to process deviations or emergencies;
  • - reduced costs by eliminating the need for regular on-site inspections;
  • - Historical data analytics available to optimise production cycles.
KM Forestry - document automation - In order to automate the document flow and optimise the company's operations, a system was developed that integrates with the Latvijas Valsts meži and eparaksts systems. The system automatically processes received .edoc documents, creates project folders, reads information from PDF documents and prepares work execution documentation, thus significantly reducing the administrative burden. The project has been implemented with the support of the LIAA Digitisation Programme.

Major benefits:

  • - Reduced time sorting incoming email attachments into project folders;
  • - optimised cash flow by alerting you when deadlines are approaching;
  • - fewer errors in the production of documents.
Gaižēni - Resource management system - The solution involved the development of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that provides centralised access to critical data and automation of processes in different areas of the company. A critical equipment management module was developed that used a barcode system to efficiently track and manage warehouse inventory, reducing production risks and optimising resource utilisation. In addition, a veterinary medicine management module will ensure the traceability of medicines by automating the recording and reporting of medicines, thus reducing the administrative burden and ensuring regulatory compliance. The system has been designed with the possibility to expand in the future with additional modules, adapting to the growing needs of the company.

Major benefits:

  • - shortfalls are eliminated through timely reporting of restocking needs;
  • - Reduced time to take inventories and prepare reports;
  • - tracking resource use back to the employee
ZS Zilūži - invoicing and stock balance system - As trade volumes increased, a system was developed to automate the issuing and importing of delivery notes into the C1 accounting software. In addition, the inventory of products produced was integrated from Google Sheets to calculate stock balances and facilitate the calculation of natural resource taxes on packaging.

  • - organising the work of sales staff through a single system;
  • - real-time visibility of warehouse balances.
ZS Kliģeni - financial reporting system - To enable management to have a detailed overview of the company's performance at any time and in any place and to make strategic decisions based on real-time data, a system was developed that integrated data from the TILDE accounting software and the company's internal accounting tools to produce automated, easy-to-review reports.
