Our story

"Your service could be described as 'Call a friend'", said one of our customers. And I agree! That's what we want to achieve - for them to call us when they have a problem, when they need a solution, when they know roughly what they need but not how to do it, and together we will figure out how to solve it.

What started with advising companies on how to attract European funding, later evolved into developing a range of tailored solutions for managing company cash flow, organising work accounting and quality control, automated invoicing and reporting, and more for companies in a variety of industries.

We specialise in the development of in-house IT systems to automate and standardise various business processes (warehousing, job tracking, invoicing, customer management, document workflow, etc.).

Gaižēni - Resource management system - The solution involved the development of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that provides centralised access to critical data and automation of processes in different areas of the company. A critical equipment management module was developed that used a barcode system to efficiently track and manage warehouse inventory, reducing production risks and optimising resource utilisation. In addition, a veterinary medicine management module will ensure the traceability of medicines by automating the recording and reporting of medicines, thus reducing the administrative burden and ensuring regulatory compliance. The system has been designed with the possibility to expand in the future with additional modules, adapting to the growing needs of the company.

In addition, the inventory of products produced was integrated from Google Sheets to calculate stock balances and facilitate the calculation of natural resource taxes on packaging.
